MY HOUSE BURNT DOWN

My house burnt down, I'm alright and so are the other 6 of my roommates. Our house is gone though, but it looks like most of my things are alright. Haven't been able to see my room yet, but the fire fighters say my room was in pretty good shape all things considered. The fire fighters also said they really liked my pictures that I had laying on my desk.
It was some night. Turns out I was the only one home at the time. I didn't know that though. I was drawing in my room when I heard the fire alarm go off. Look out my bedroom door to see the hall was full of smoke. I grabbed a pair of shoes and what was on my desk (my sketch book and laptop) and ran out into the street screaming "FIRE!"waking up half the block. After I got someone to call 911 I went over and sat on the curve watching my house go up in flames. I wasn't sure if there was anyone in the house still or not. Couldn't stop shaking. But it turns out everyone else was out that night and I felt so relieved that no one had died I didn't even care I'm homeless now.
